Njabulo Macuphe, mostly known as “Sawce” is an 18 year old Musician from Khayelitsha in Cape Town, he first released his first song in 2018 an has never stopped since, his most popular singles are “Doja” and “zimkhitha” which dropped in 2020 and 2021 respectfully. Doja was labelled as one of the first drill songs to be released in Cape Town, and sawce wasn’t done there as he went on and made drill his primary sound. But he is dipping his talents into other genres too as he is about to drop an RnB mixtape this April, which shows his versatility. Sawce has worked with various artists and producers such as “ikilledpluto”, ” Yaeyz North”, “Blacksoul”, “Marioxbeats”, “Yung Flava”, “Tank D’mon” and “Anvrchy” just to name a few. He hopes to break into the industry and make a difference and obviously grow the drill genre in South Africa.
